University Life Testing

Mods are finally updated and I’m playing University Life. Now most people would try it out with just one normal human Sim.

I however have a hard time sending one Sim through University. This stems from Sims 2 where I would send 10 Sims through the college in the same dorm at the same time and they’d all get 4.0’s. It’s a challenge.

Now do I send 2 Sims at once? Nope. Three? Nope. I’ve sent 8 Sims ranging from Young Adult to Elder.

Did I mention 7 of the 8 are vampires?

Ian turned his Imaginary friend Ryanne real and married her. They have 3 kids, but they’re too young.

And it’s on this blog because if 8 Sims can be successfully sent through Uni, then 1 Sim can under the founding conditions.

Weeks 4-6

Three weeks because weeks 4 and 5 were the same. Week 6 is where things happened. At least on the version I’m blogging about.

I first played through several weeks and ran into the problem of my male founder was going to hit elder before topping his career. So I exited without saving.

And redid the several weeks.

When Carth gets a phone call, he answers it. If it’s late at night or I have better things for him to do, I will hang up if it’s not a boss, a coworker, or Bella.

Weeks 2 and 3

Because not that much happened that’s worth blogging about.

I promise this is a different picture. Here he’s reading Bloviation on HyperInflation. The opportunity came one day when he was close to getting promoted, but couldn’t quite eek it out, and it offered increased job performance as wells relationship with boss. I normally have Sims read them immediately. But I held off until the next day. Because he was already close to getting promoted, he was going to get promoted the next day even without the opportunity and job progress doesn’t overflow when you get promoted.

Week 1

Meet my apocalypse Founder! Carth Rand. For those who read my DITFT, the guy should look familiar. For he not only shares the name with, he IS the spare of generation 1. Mostly, I was just lazy and wanted a unique looking face. I was also lazy and only gave him 1 trait. Because Eco-Friendly isn’t a base game trait. If it was, he’d have had it.
